Warranty Policy

Modern Pets offers free domestic shipping on orders over $99 to most metro cities and major regional centres across Australia (excluding oversized items). Please enter your suburb/ postcode above to check the shipping cost (if applicable) and estimated delivery date. Orders are typically dispatched from our Melbourne distribution centre within 1–2 business days.

Most parcels are delivered by Australia Post, though we occasionally work with other couriers. The timing of your delivery will depend on the method you choose. For those who opt for Express post, you can expect your items to arrive the following day after shipping.

Estimated delivery times for Standard Shipping:

Metro Melbourne: 2–5 business days
Other cities and large towns in VIC: 3–6 business days
Metro Sydney: 3–7 business days
Other interstate locations: 4–14 business days

The default shipping method is Authority to Leave. If you prefer a Signature on Delivery, please select this option at checkout. With the Signature Required option, if no one is home, your parcel will be taken to your local Post Office for collection.

Fantastic Feline Feeders 🐾🐾♥️

I bought 2 Auto feeders for our 2 cats and it's just what I needed. Instead of being woken up at 4.30am every morning to feed them and being so tired during the day, I can now sleep whilst our 2 cats get their food at the time they want. Easy to use timer and our 2 cats leave me alone to sleep. I like the stainless steel tray as its hygenic and easy to use and the ice bottle beneath keeps food fresh for hours. We use it for both wet and dry food 😃♥️🐾🐾

It works well, but make sure you have the right use case.

This could be the perfect product if there was some sort of bell noise when the timer was done. I tried using this for my 2 cats to try and automate breakfast feeding. What ended up happening was only 1 cat heard the feeder open and happily ate 2 breakfasts that morning.

This feeder is designed as a budget-friendly option, so it doesn't include features such as an audible alert when the lid opens. For households with multiple pets, we generally recommend supervising the first few feeds or considering a model with additional features if separate feeding is required such as the SureFeed Microchip Feeder.

The Petwant Single Meal Wet Food Pet Feeder is excellent. I bought two of them. Great value. Best feature is the ice back that comes with them to keep the wet food chilled overnight. Great product.
