Modern Pets’ subscription service makes it easier to stay stocked up on all your pet’s essential supplies, like treats, biscuits and grooming products! You have full control over your subscription, and we’ll send your order straight to your door every month (or however often you see fit) so you don’t even have to think about it – it’s that easy. Subscribe now and save 10% on your order.

How our subscription service works

Your subscription will be automatically renewed according to your selected delivery interval, and we’ll automatically deliver your chosen products after each successful renewal. For example, if you opt for a monthly subscription, then our system will automatically charge your credit card each month and dispatch the order straight to your doorstep, without you needing to do anything.

Can I pause or cancel my subscription?

Yes, of course you can! You have full control over your subscription via the customer portal, which allows you to pause or cancel subscriptions any time you like.

How do I access my customer portal to manage subscriptions?

You should have received an email when you first placed your initial subscription order in our store, and this email includes a link to your portal. If you need help accessing your account online, please don’t hesitate to contact us for assistance

Can I skip or reschedule an upcoming charge?

Yes, we understand that sometimes your next scheduled order might come round sooner than you need a top-up (or in other cases, not soon enough!).

That’s why we include a “Skip Payment” button next to every scheduled order, which will cancel your upcoming order without cancelling your entire subscription – in other words, you can skip a month (or whatever increment you’ve opted for).

On the other hand, if you need your next order sooner than it is scheduled for, you can simply click the “Reschedule” button and bring the date forward.

Can I add products to my subscription?

Want to surprise your pup with a new toy along with this month’s order of treats? Or perhaps your cat shampoo is running out just as your next order of kitty litter is coming up. Whatever your needs are, simply log into your customer portal and add any product from our online selection to your next scheduled order. You can do this by clicking the “Edit” button and adding/removing products however you choose.

What if a payment doesn’t go through?

If a payment is declined or can’t be processed for any reason, we’ll send you an automated email with a link to where you can safely and securely update your payment method. Your upcoming subscription order will be pending until payment is made.
