Modern Pets offers free domestic shipping on orders over $99 to most metro cities and major regional centres across Australia (excluding oversized items). Most parcels are delivered by Australia Post, though we occasionally work with other couriers. The timing of your delivery will depend on the method you choose. For those who opt for Express post, you can expect your items to arrive the following day after shipping.

The default shipping method is Signature Required (SR), unless Authority to Leave (ATL) is selected at checkout. If no one is home with SR, parcels will be taken to your local Post Office. If ATL is selected, we are not responsible for replacement costs if the parcel goes missing.

I work shift work and my cat had to wait until I came home in the early hours to get fed her wet food. I can set this feeder to open at her usual eating time instead of having to wait. The cold brick is an excellent idea. I like the metal container the food goes in and it is very roomy, could easily fit two cans of food in there.
This works pretty well! Pretty intuitive, I like the lack of buttons so my cat can't open it before he's meant to. In terms of whisker fatigue, he seems to tolerate eating from a landscape orientation versus a portrait one.
An issue I have noticed the last couple of days is that the timer seems to be running slow. To test it, I set it for half an hour and it took nearly an hour to open. The battery used is a high quality new one, so it should not be related to that. I have unfortunately lost the manual and cannot find it online, so I can't troubleshoot this.
It would also be nice to be able to buy extras of the stainless steel bowl.
