Absolutely loving the this Duo pet fountain! It's stainless steel, which is easier to clean as it won’t harbour bacteria. The best part? You can actually customise the water flow – a game-changer for me. The T-shaped splinter is my favourite, looks super modern, and the water flow is just right. Plus, it's got lots of holes so the water drains easily. Honestly, it's the best pet fountain I've ever had!
38 days since we recieved the fountains to find they were labeled white on the box but we're actually black (wrong colour). The team were great to respond to our request to get a new one out in the colour we ordered, but again, the label on the box was incorrect and we received the wrong product second time round. We missed our delivery today and now have to wait another 5 days before we can collect from the post office so hopefully third times a charm.
Very lengthy process to receive the right ones which could have been avoided if packaging team/ team in the warehouse or whoever was responsible for labeling actually checked the products were correct before labeling. Not sure how much stock and who else this has occured with.
All other items we ordered were fast and correct.
