Bought this some months ago with some trepidation around how loud it would be. It turns out that the motor is extremely quiet - all you really hear is the water moving. My cat took a while to try it out but now she loves it. It is a little bigger than I wanted but the upside to this is it doesn't need refiling as often. Love the ceramic rather than having stainless steel or plastic but you do need to be careful when washing it out. Filter system is simple and it's relatively inexpensive for replacements.

I purchased this water fountain about 6 months ago and its motor started making loud noses and the water gets bubbles a lot. I thought it should last a lot longer , little disappointing. Any chance I can get a new motor?

We liked the fountain okay and my picky cat likes to drink from it too but the pump broke after less than half a year, compared to my older one which was much cheaper but still going strong after 3+ years, really disappointing
