Modern Pets offers free domestic shipping on orders over $99 to most metro cities and major regional centres across Australia (excluding oversized items). Please enter your suburb/ postcode above to check the shipping cost (if applicable) and estimated delivery date. Orders are typically dispatched from our Melbourne distribution centre within 1–2 business days.
Most parcels are delivered by Australia Post, though we occasionally work with other couriers. The timing of your delivery will depend on the method you choose. For those who opt for Express post, you can expect your items to arrive the following day after shipping.

The default shipping method is Authority to Leave. If you prefer a Signature on Delivery, please select this option at checkout. With the Signature Required option, if no one is home, your parcel will be taken to your local Post Office for collection.

Overall its a smart looking dog house and will function well.
I do have a few grumbles.
It was just dumped on my front property without any notice.
The components looked like they were rushed through a factory, e.g. with screws not fully screwed in. Luckily it all fitted and is now erected.
The smell of it was really bad, from whatever paint/gloss they used, and we had to wait a week for it to wear off.
The delivery price was high, making it nearly $600 but the time it arrived.
In a few weeks though I will have forgotten about these grumbles.
Successfully assembled it with a hangover.
Very happy with my dog’s new house, she took to it immeadiately. It came together quickly and securely. Happy with the quality.
Our golden retriever loves his dog house, it’s the perfect size. Was easy to assemble and arrived quickly. We love the modern look of it!
Really happy with our new home for our kelpie/collie. Easy to set up and nice and spacious, plus it looks stylish.
