Warranty Policy

Modern Pets offers free domestic shipping on orders over $99 to most metro cities and major regional centres across Australia (excluding oversized items). Please enter your suburb/ postcode above to check the shipping cost (if applicable) and estimated delivery date. Orders are typically dispatched from our Melbourne distribution centre within 1–2 business days.

Most parcels are delivered by Australia Post, though we occasionally work with other couriers. The timing of your delivery will depend on the method you choose. For those who opt for Express post, you can expect your items to arrive the following day after shipping.

Estimated delivery times for Standard Shipping:

Metro Melbourne: 2–5 business days
Other cities and large towns in VIC: 3–6 business days
Metro Sydney: 3–7 business days
Other interstate locations: 4–14 business days

The default shipping method is Signature Required (SR), unless Authority to Leave (ATL) is selected at checkout. If no one is home with SR, parcels will be taken to your local Post Office. If ATL is selected, we are not responsible for replacement costs if the parcel goes missing.

I bought this for my elderly cat, thinking there was a chance she would not take to it- or, to be honest, noise from it would drive me crazy!
Well the cat loves it, and so do i !, You cannot hear a sound from the unit-actually silent, i did the first monthly clean the other day- so easy! And when i bought it i bought two packs of filter replacements for $40 and they are going to last me a year!, Wish i had found it sooner!
Also i have mobility issues and it saves the daily grind of picking up and changing the water!
Honestly i never do reviews, but this is worth it! Great value, and easy to deal with company. Go for it!!

The fountain is quiet enough for use indoors and the filtration system works very well, which minimises cleaning but ensure clean water for my dogs.
I am very happy with this fountain.

Pet Fountain was easy to assemble and is working well. My dog drinks from it but I'm not sure that she actually drinks more than she was. Would have been good if the spout was a bit higher so she could get her mouth under it to drink rather than just drinking from the lid.

I was really excited to purchase this product as it is predominantly made out of stainless steel, rather than plastic. Unfortunately, our 6 month old kitten is able to easily remove the lid as there is no way to secure it. This has resulted in our kitten splashing water every and attacking the internal electrical components. We are not able to return it as we threw away the packaging the first day we bought it. Not having a way to secure the lid is a huge design flaw for what would otherwise be a good product.
