Modern Pets offers free domestic shipping on orders over $99 to most metro cities and major regional centres across Australia (excluding oversized items). Orders are typically dispatched from our Melbourne distribution centre within 1–2 business days.
Most parcels are delivered by Australia Post, though we occasionally work with other couriers. The timing of your delivery will depend on the method you choose. For those who opt for Express post, you can expect your items to arrive the following day after shipping.

The default shipping method is Signature Required (SR), unless Authority to Leave (ATL) is selected at checkout. If no one is home with SR, parcels will be taken to your local Post Office. If ATL is selected, we are not responsible for replacement costs if the parcel goes missing.

From day 1 our cat would only drink running water from our 4-stage alkaline filter tap (no ordinary tap water for this little one!). I decided to search for an equivalent product that could just be for her, and found the Tap flow Fountain. After a few weeks of curiously watching from a distance, she finally came over, dipped a paw in, and tentatively took her first sip. Now she loves it. A full bowl lasts her 2 full weeks. The design keeps the water clean and fresh and cool. She is now both entertained and well hydrated by this one product. We change the filter once a month, which seems to work well for her. Easy to clean and maintain. And now her previous water bowl is used to wash her face and paws in. Everyone’s a winner!
Great fountain, would love a smaller size for small cat
Well made, good looking fountain. The boy enjoys his new watering hole. Easy to maintain and runs super quiet. Highly recommended.
Thrilled with the fountain as it's not noisy, the water is always cool and easy to clean. To top it off, the cat loves it. No more needing to turn on the bathroom sink tap at her demand! Saves water too, as we are on tank water.
