Most parcels are delivered by Australia Post, though we occasionally work with other couriers. The timing of your delivery will depend on the method you choose. For those who opt for Express post, you can expect your items to arrive the following day after shipping.
Estimated delivery times for Standard Shipping:
The default shipping method is Signature Required (SR), unless Authority to Leave (ATL) is selected at checkout. If no one is home with SR, parcels will be taken to your local Post Office. If ATL is selected, we are not responsible for replacement costs if the parcel goes missing.

Bought this for our cat to encourage him to drink more. As it turns out our other cat and dog also use it. They love it😀
great product however the instructions are horrible i had to email them then figure it out myself. the way to choose the levels are by clicking on the top button continuously. filters cost so much for three thats a downside.

You're right - the top button is used to switch between the different modes, and we agree that should’ve been explained better. We’ll definitely look at improving the instructions.
Purchased 2 water fountains for my very nervous fur babies (cats).
At first I couldn't get the fountain to work as the instructors weren't super helpful However, once I was able to get the auto sensor mode to work it's been brilliant. They don't make much noise either.
My girls did not go near them for 1-2 days but since then
I have caught them drinking from the fountains several times.
Definitely helped my cats to drink more water. Highly recommend.
Have three cats and they LOVE the cordless sensor water fountain. Wonderful in that I don't have to switch it on as the remote sensor works so well. Recommend this as an easy way of having water available at all times.
