Warranty Policy

Modern Pets offers free domestic shipping on orders over $99 to most metro cities and major regional centres across Australia (excluding oversized items). Please enter your suburb/ postcode above to check the shipping cost (if applicable) and estimated delivery date. Orders are typically dispatched from our Melbourne distribution centre within 1–2 business days.

Most parcels are delivered by Australia Post, though we occasionally work with other couriers. The timing of your delivery will depend on the method you choose. For those who opt for Express post, you can expect your items to arrive the following day after shipping.

Estimated delivery times for Standard Shipping:

Metro Melbourne: 2–5 business days
Other cities and large towns in VIC: 3–6 business days
Metro Sydney: 3–7 business days
Other interstate locations: 4–14 business days

The default shipping method is Authority to Leave. If you prefer a Signature on Delivery, please select this option at checkout. With the Signature Required option, if no one is home, your parcel will be taken to your local Post Office for collection.

Replacement filters for cordless sensor fountain

A few years ago I purchased a cordless sensor fountain for my two cats. I was getting low on the filters and couldn't find them on the site (they used to come in a box of 3 replacements, now they come as a 4 pack) So I emailed and got a response virtually immediately I placed my order and received my goods as advised. I really needed to get rid of cords and plastic in my beautiful Delilah dog’s life and this fountain is the best ever! So happy with it! She can’t disconnect it, the water remains nice and cool because of the stainless steel, and no mould ! So happy with this product recommend 100% ! Thank you modern pet.. for real !
