Modern Pets offers free domestic shipping on orders over $99 to most metro cities and major regional centres across Australia (excluding oversized items). Orders are typically dispatched from our Melbourne distribution centre within 1–2 business days.
Most parcels are delivered by Australia Post, though we occasionally work with other couriers. The timing of your delivery will depend on the method you choose. For those who opt for Express post, you can expect your items to arrive the following day after shipping.
Estimated delivery times for Standard Shipping:
The default shipping method is Signature Required (SR), unless Authority to Leave (ATL) is selected at checkout. If no one is home with SR, parcels will be taken to your local Post Office. If ATL is selected, we are not responsible for replacement costs if the parcel goes missing.

We have had our 3 month old cavoodle pup in his crate for 3 weeks. This morning we woke to discover he had found the zip, opened it and had eaten the foam insert. The outcome to his health could have been far worse! I would have expected the zip to have been hidden so it wasn't so easily accessible to pets. This must be rectified asap

My order took a long time to arrive, but it was worth the wait. I ordered 2 sliding door white wooden crates and they were assembled with ease. They are a great addition to our family room and our Staffordshire Bull Terriers nearly love them as much as our bed!!
Great sturdy crate, my puppy went straight in without ant encouragement. Love the sliding door feature so there is no door open to walk into, the main reason I purchasedthis crate. My 16 year old son put it together alone, so seems pretty straight forward. I received the delivery the next day Melbourne to Wollongong which was really impressive.

Very happy with this crate. Our puppy has taken to it happily. Dual door access is very handy and mattress cover comes off easily for washing
We have just unpacked the crate to assemble and we're very disappointed in the quality of the joins. There are chips and visable gaps. I would have expected this from the $79 Kmart one.......not one for this price.
