Warranty Policy

Modern Pets offers free domestic shipping on orders over $99 to most metro cities and major regional centres across Australia (excluding oversized items). Please enter your suburb/ postcode above to check the shipping cost (if applicable) and estimated delivery date. Orders are typically dispatched from our Melbourne distribution centre within 1–2 business days.

Most parcels are delivered by Australia Post, though we occasionally work with other couriers. The timing of your delivery will depend on the method you choose. For those who opt for Express post, you can expect your items to arrive the following day after shipping.

Estimated delivery times for Standard Shipping:

Metro Melbourne: 2–5 business days
Other cities and large towns in VIC: 3–6 business days
Metro Sydney: 3–7 business days
Other interstate locations: 4–14 business days

The default shipping method is Authority to Leave. If you prefer a Signature on Delivery, please select this option at checkout. With the Signature Required option, if no one is home, your parcel will be taken to your local Post Office for collection.

Terrible don’t buy

Terrible product, doesn’t stick to corner of the couch. Keeps falling off and the cat couldn’t be less interested in scratching it…

Using it on surfaces it wasn’t intended for can affect how well it performs. Recently I bought 2x of the Sisal Corner Wall Scratcher. I really need about 7 more but can't afford to purchase this many at one time! My bonded pair of Gray tabbies LOVE using this corner scratcher. I've put one up to test it out & it's been nothing less than superbly successful! So, if your cats have been damaging your wall corners, I strongly suggest you try out this scratcher as it's an absolute WALL saviour. 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐ ⭐

Amazing fix for our destroyed sofa

This product is a bit exey but worked great. I actually screwed it into the frame of the sofa so there is no way the cat can pull it off, and she certainly tries.
