Warranty Policy

Modern Pets offers free domestic shipping on orders over $99 to most metro cities and major regional centres across Australia (excluding oversized items). Please enter your suburb/ postcode above to check the shipping cost (if applicable) and estimated delivery date. Orders are typically dispatched from our Melbourne distribution centre within 1–2 business days.

Most parcels are delivered by Australia Post, though we occasionally work with other couriers. The timing of your delivery will depend on the method you choose. For those who opt for Express post, you can expect your items to arrive the following day after shipping.

Potty Tray Success 👍

My Maltipom uses this 'potty tray' inside a large three door foldable dog crate (pen) with Petkit training pads—all purchased at Modern Pets online. One pad as a liner inside the tray plus replaceable pads that pinch into its removable hinged grate. It's lightweight for daily moving through the side or hatch door of the pen—and to clean, disinfectant wet wipes—too easy. Success at first placement of puppy into the pen, self discovered. I will return to buy a second or third as 'potty stations' inside the home for when Maltipom is fully grown!
