This pet carrier is not fit for use. The door falls off. The company will only refund if the unit is returned at cost to the customer in new condition. Demands photo proof. Then does not guarantee a refund on that evidence.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and frustration you've experienced with the pet carrier and for any misunderstanding regarding our return policy. The process for returning a defective product is very different from a change of mind return and unfortunately the staff member who handled your case assumed it was the latter. Your experience with the door falling off clearly indicates a fault with the product, and we want to make this right for you.
One of our customer care representatives will be in touch with you shortly to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Smaller than I thought it would be and also the bottom hinge to press open the lock gets stuck occasionally and is a pain to fiddle with and can’t open and close door properly
Not keen to use to carry a cat in case the product fails-no handle part included.
I'll put a cord around carrier as a precaution
Thank you for your feedback. The product may not be what you expected but rest assured it is completely safe to carry pets up to a weight of 5kg. We're sorry that the handle was not included. Please contact our customer care team to arrange the missing part.
