It has saved the Persian rugs from our precious but indefatigable new Papillon puppy, with plenty of space for his Pom big sister to join him to play and snuggle in their beds. I found the customer service to be exceptional. Quick responses. Nothing was too much trouble.The Wooden Dog Pen and Six Panel Pet Gate we had ordered a few weeks before was way to big for the space. The weight was excess to Australia Post limits. I had difficulty locating a courier without an account. One quoted $450.
I asked the customer service team if they would consider booking their courier to collect and ship and reduce the refund to pay. It was done within 24 hours. It was my responsibility to return the Pet Gate but they didn’t hesitate to help. And the cost was around $40.
