Lovely modern aesthetically pleasing pet gate. But my puppy worked out how to push it aside. I wish there was a better way of securing it so she couldn't move it without damaging my walls or floors to secure it. I can't use it now, so I am back using those atrociously ugly baby gates.

While it's true that all freestanding gates can be nudged by dogs, our gates are designed to remain stable if installed in a Z formation with support feet on the first and last panels. To prevent movement without damaging your walls or floors, we recommend using self-adhesive velcro strips (eg. Command) underneath the feet or frame.

The Four Panel Freestanding Dog Gate is great quality, elegant and functional. It has saved the Persian rugs from our precious but indefatigable new Papillon puppy, with plenty of space for his Pom big sister to join him to play and snuggle in their beds. The 360o rotation panels make it is easy to move to other rooms and adjust to the space to close off.
I found the customer service to be exceptional. Quick responses. Nothing was too much trouble.The Wooden Dog Pen and Six Panel Pet Gate we had ordered a few weeks before was way to big for the space. The weight was excess to Australia Post limits. I had difficulty locating a courier without an account. One quoted $450.
I asked the customer service team if they would consider booking their courier to collect and ship and reduce the refund to pay. It was done within 24 hours. It was my responsibility to return the Pet Gate but they didn’t hesitate to help. And the cost was around $40.
