Orders are typically dispatched from our Melbourne distribution centre within 1–2 business days.
Most parcels are delivered by Australia Post, though we occasionally work with other couriers. The timing of your delivery will depend on the method you choose. For those who opt for Express post, you can expect your items to arrive the following day after shipping.

The default shipping method is Authority to Leave. If you prefer a Signature on Delivery, please select this option at checkout. With the Signature Required option, if no one is home, your parcel will be taken to your local Post Office for collection.

Got the large / double car seat for my 2 Maltese x shihtzu.. they like to sit on my lap while im driving but Im loving this booster seat to keep them safely in the back-seat.. its excellent quality, easy to install.. I just popped a small fluffy bed in the bottom for extra comfort
We really love the carseat, it sits up high so my dogs can see so much more. They are safely contained and I love knowing it is quite secure with the seatbelt and headrest. The colour and design are great. The only downside is that the bottom cushion is very firm. A memory foam mattress or something similar would be great for their comfort. I have popped a few blankets in ours to have a soft comfortable space for them.
