      Looks good but doesn’t really work

      Looks lovely and streamline on the wall. The cat has no interest in it and it keeps falling off the wall because it doesn’t stick properly.

      We're sorry that this product isn't working well for you. To improve wall adhesion, we suggest cleaning the surface with alcohol wipes prior to sticking on hooks, ensuring hooks are evenly spaced as per instructions, bottom of scratcher is touching the floor and using a wall surface that is not too smooth (painted plasterboard works best). Please contact our customer care team to arrange replacement hooks or Command hooks also work fine.

      This is made out of flimsy cardboard. You can buy the same thing from kmart for $9, it just sits on the floor. Very expensive for what it is.
