Modern Pets offers free domestic shipping on orders over $99 to most metro cities and major regional centres across Australia (excluding oversized items). Most parcels are delivered by Australia Post, though we occasionally work with other couriers. The timing of your delivery will depend on the method you choose. For those who opt for Express post, you can expect your items to arrive the following day after shipping.

The default shipping method is Signature Required (SR), unless Authority to Leave (ATL) is selected at checkout. If no one is home with SR, parcels will be taken to your local Post Office. If ATL is selected, we are not responsible for replacement costs if the parcel goes missing.

I purchased the XL Infinity Scratcher from Modern Pets' Amazon shop front.
Out of the box it was evident the quality of the product was just not there. Aside from the peeling trim out of the package, the cardboard itself feels pulpy and soft vs other brand scratchers, and weighs notably less though the dimensions are identical.
Considering the Modern Pets Infinity Scratcher is the most expensive of the three brands of recycled cardboard scratchers I've tried, this should be a lot better.
Thank you for your review and for sharing the photos. We are sorry to hear the Infinity Scratcher arrived in that condition. Peeling trim out of the box is not normal and not the standard we expect. Rest assured, we will be investigating this with our supplier. As the order was placed through Amazon, any refund or replacement will need to be processed directly through Amazon, as they manage the order and returns process.
The cats are always trying to beat each other to the lounges. They are the most preferred cat furniture. Love them! Comfy & stylish too

This is our second lounge. We had to get another as there was competition for the first one. They love the effective pillow and the ‘scratch’ ability while lounging about.
Finally, Melanie, my Burmese cat, is back on her infinity lounge. She's been missing it, and once again. she's a very contented cat.
