Warranty Policy

Modern Pets offers free domestic shipping on orders over $99 to most metro cities and major regional centres across Australia (excluding oversized items). Please enter your suburb/ postcode above to check the shipping cost (if applicable) and estimated delivery date. Orders are typically dispatched from our Melbourne distribution centre within 1–2 business days.

Most parcels are delivered by Australia Post, though we occasionally work with other couriers. The timing of your delivery will depend on the method you choose. For those who opt for Express post, you can expect your items to arrive the following day after shipping.

Estimated delivery times for Standard Shipping:

Metro Melbourne: 2–5 business days
Other cities and large towns in VIC: 3–6 business days
Metro Sydney: 3–7 business days
Other interstate locations: 4–14 business days

The default shipping method is Authority to Leave. If you prefer a Signature on Delivery, please select this option at checkout. With the Signature Required option, if no one is home, your parcel will be taken to your local Post Office for collection.

Cuts Down on Odour

I bought this mainly for the purpose of reducing odours in our laundry, as well as to make our two cats' litter box less of an eyesore. The cabinet was pretty easy for me to put together with my electric screwdriver (although a regular manual screwdriver would also have worked fine, just slower), and while I do feel the quality of the cabinet doesn't quite match the $240 price tag, it certainly is sturdy enough for its purpose. I paid the extra $$ for a cabinet that matched the rest of my home decor, and it does that perfectly! It definitely made a huge improvement in containing smells, and both girls trotted in to do their business within 30mins after being set up. Overall, if you don't mind the price tag, it's an asthetically pleasing item of furniture that works just as advertised.

Quality cat litter cabinet that looks great

I have a large cat litter tray, so I built the cabinet without the divider. Fits the tray wonderfully. My cat can be fussy with the change, but after trying different positions to put the tray he finally adjusted well to using it and not making a mess. This cabinet looks really nice in the house.
