Warranty Policy

Modern Pets offers free domestic shipping on orders over $99 to most metro cities and major regional centres across Australia (excluding oversized items). Please enter your suburb/ postcode above to check the shipping cost (if applicable) and estimated delivery date. Orders are typically dispatched from our Melbourne distribution centre within 1–2 business days.

Most parcels are delivered by Australia Post, though we occasionally work with other couriers. The timing of your delivery will depend on the method you choose. For those who opt for Express post, you can expect your items to arrive the following day after shipping.

Estimated delivery times for Standard Shipping:

Metro Melbourne: 2–5 business days
Other cities and large towns in VIC: 3–6 business days
Metro Sydney: 3–7 business days
Other interstate locations: 4–14 business days

The default shipping method is Authority to Leave. If you prefer a Signature on Delivery, please select this option at checkout. With the Signature Required option, if no one is home, your parcel will be taken to your local Post Office for collection.

Great Fountain, Great Filters, Dog Drinks So Much More Water Now

My dog barely drank water before we got the Petstream fountain which was a real concern, but the running stream really tempts her to drink much more throughout the day. The fountain holds a lot of water, so I’ve only had to refill it twice in 3 weeks, and I still haven’t needed to recharge it yet. The filters work really well keeping the water fresh and constantly filtered. Easily one of the best pet purchases I’ve made.

Better than we imagined!

Was slightly sceptical of getting a water fountain for our cats but my daughter talked me into. It was delivered so quickly and very easy to assemble. Motor is so quiet I don’t even hear it running. Absolutely love that it’s cordless as do not have a power outlet in that spot, and the infrared sensor means it’s not constantly going. Only need to charge it once a week (if that!). Our cats adapted very quickly - the young one immediately curious, our 16yr old only took a day before she was using it. Super thrilled with this purchase!
