Modern Pets offers free domestic shipping on orders over $99 to most metro cities and major regional centres across Australia (excluding oversized items). Orders are typically dispatched from our Melbourne distribution centre within 1–2 business days.
Most parcels are delivered by Australia Post, though we occasionally work with other couriers. The timing of your delivery will depend on the method you choose. For those who opt for Express post, you can expect your items to arrive the following day after shipping.

The default shipping method is Signature Required (SR), unless Authority to Leave (ATL) is selected at checkout. If no one is home with SR, parcels will be taken to your local Post Office. If ATL is selected, we are not responsible for replacement costs if the parcel goes missing.

Excellent to take smaller pups on long hikes where they may not last the distance! Also a great idea for pups who have not yet had all their vaccines to still get out and explore.
We have had this backpack for 3 years for our poodle. She gets overwhelmed in the community due to being attacked as a pup. She loves her walks and then when we get to a busy area we put her in the back pack so she rests. It’s also great for coast to coast walks where some areas dogs are not allowed on the beach. The backpack is extremely comfortable on my back: our poodle curls up n goes to sleep in it.
The backpack pet carrier is ideal for my kitten and I - it's comfortable for both of us and we both love going out for adventures together with it.
So we brought this bag after it being recommended by our friend (who is a specialist vet).
Our baby boy who is a big cat(5.3 kgs) and tall has outgrown most carry bags we have from him. And we needed one that was spacious and easy on the back.
We also brought this because he was diagnosed with anxiety and recommended outdoor walks to calm him down.

At the time of writing, I'm training my dog to get used to the backpack, but the product itself is perfect. It is solid enough that I have no worries that he will get squished, and light enough that it really doesn't add a huge extra weight. The fact you can use it as either a backpack or a bag is fantastic, and the extra strap over the chest for stabilisation is great. He's now used to sitting in it, and we've walked short distances with him in it (whilst feeding enormous amounts of treats), so hopefully soon it will be long distances and few treats, and then eagerness to get in it.
