Warranty Policy

Modern Pets offers free domestic shipping on orders over $99 to most metro cities and major regional centres across Australia (excluding oversized items). Please enter your suburb/ postcode above to check the shipping cost (if applicable) and estimated delivery date. Orders are typically dispatched from our Melbourne distribution centre within 1–2 business days.

Most parcels are delivered by Australia Post, though we occasionally work with other couriers. The timing of your delivery will depend on the method you choose. For those who opt for Express post, you can expect your items to arrive the following day after shipping.

Estimated delivery times for Standard Shipping:

Metro Melbourne: 2–5 business days
Other cities and large towns in VIC: 3–6 business days
Metro Sydney: 3–7 business days
Other interstate locations: 4–14 business days

The default shipping method is Signature Required (SR), unless Authority to Leave (ATL) is selected at checkout. If no one is home with SR, parcels will be taken to your local Post Office. If ATL is selected, we are not responsible for replacement costs if the parcel goes missing.

Ok but description of item not complete.

Device works fine but it didn’t mention it wasn’t wireless device and that you even need to supply the power plug which yourself which was rather annoying.

Ceramic drinking water fountain

I purchased this because I'd noticed my cat prefers to only drink running water but only from ceramic or enamel. In the past I'd tried a metal one but he refused to drink from it. This particular one seemed ideal, so bought it in the hope he'd drink from it.
I'm so pleased I got this. He's drinking a lot more now. Even though it'd last a couple of weeks before needing to be refilled, I found cleaning and refilling the bowl every 2nd or 3rd day is much better.
Easy to order from website, fast postage, fabulous product. Highly recommend this fountain for other cat owners. Will certainly buy from Modern Pets again.

Best Pet Fountain Ever - Introducing the Ceraflow Ceramic Pet Drinking Fountain!.

WOW, my cat is loving the Ceraflow Ceramic Pet Drinking Fountain. We have had a different pet drinking fountain in the past and I have to say this one is a bazillion times better. The Ceraflow is so quiet, keeps the water really cool, easier to clean, top up & change water as well as change filters. It was worth paying just a little bit extra to get a quality purchase. Modern Pets were super super quick in posting it out, it arrived 2 days after ordering!
