Orders are typically dispatched from our Melbourne distribution centre within 1–2 business days.
Most parcels are delivered by Australia Post, though we occasionally work with other couriers. The timing of your delivery will depend on the method you choose. For those who opt for Express post, you can expect your items to arrive the following day after shipping.

The default shipping method is Authority to Leave. If you prefer a Signature on Delivery, please select this option at checkout. With the Signature Required option, if no one is home, your parcel will be taken to your local Post Office for collection.

I found the fountain great for my cats. They drank more water and the fountain is whisper quiet...but I have had 2 pumps stop working in less than 1 year since I purchased.
Sadly I will be moving on to another fountain.

Nice to look at and almost completely silent - can hear it when I’m right next to it and even then it’s just the sound of flowing water (actually pretty soothing to listen to). I have it set up on my art desk and it’s working well to distract my cats from getting into my paint water. Very happy with this pet drinking fountain!
It's quiet and it doesn't get any of the mould or slime you can get with metal and plastic fountains. Definitely a worthwhile purchase
Fountain is nice and quiet and the cat loves it.
