Modern Pets offers free domestic shipping on orders over $99 to most metro cities and major regional centres across Australia (excluding oversized items). Orders are typically dispatched from our Melbourne distribution centre within 1–2 business days.
Most parcels are delivered by Australia Post, though we occasionally work with other couriers. The timing of your delivery will depend on the method you choose. For those who opt for Express post, you can expect your items to arrive the following day after shipping.
Estimated delivery times for Standard Shipping:
The default shipping method is Signature Required (SR), unless Authority to Leave (ATL) is selected at checkout. If no one is home with SR, parcels will be taken to your local Post Office. If ATL is selected, we are not responsible for replacement costs if the parcel goes missing.

Stickers very hard to get off inside bowl
Hi Sharon, thanks for your feedback and sorry to hear the stickers were difficult to remove. We’ll pass this on to our supplier to improve future batches. In the meantime, a soak in warm soapy water or a bit of eucalyptus oil can help with any leftover residue. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention!

The Moderna Ant Proof bowls arrived quickly and as advertised. However, I would prefer them to have a wider moat as filling it is tricky. Also, the cats often drop biscuits into the moat water and this makes it mucky, meaning it needs to be cleaned regularly. It's impossible to clean without emptying any biscuits that are in the bowl, creating quite a bit of wastage. It would be much better if the bowl came with a steel insert bowl so one could take that out, wash the surround, then put it back together.
Great design and concept. Those pesky ants are now "history".
Hi. I purchased 2 Moderna Luxurious Pets Ant Proof Cat Bowl for my Pet named Teeno. And was really happy now because I do not have to worry about ants that keep on coming to my pet bowls previously. Teeno loves his bowls and can't wait to have his food while opening his box. I highly recommend it, if you have any issues with ants.
