Modern Pets offers free domestic shipping on orders over $99 to most metro cities and major regional centres across Australia (excluding oversized items). Orders are typically dispatched from our Melbourne distribution centre within 1–2 business days.
Most parcels are delivered by Australia Post, though we occasionally work with other couriers. The timing of your delivery will depend on the method you choose. For those who opt for Express post, you can expect your items to arrive the following day after shipping.
Estimated delivery times for Standard Shipping:
The default shipping method is Signature Required (SR), unless Authority to Leave (ATL) is selected at checkout. If no one is home with SR, parcels will be taken to your local Post Office. If ATL is selected, we are not responsible for replacement costs if the parcel goes missing.

I have received the cat tree. Overall it is a good structured cat tree but I do have some criticisms.
One of the wood piece is damaged and it is from when the wood was cut.
I would love to provide a picture regarding the damaged wood piece.

I searched for months for a cat tree with multiple comfortable sleeping areas and fun spaces for play, as well as being attractive and not carpet-covered. This tree is also extremely sturdy, easy to build and high quality. My cat loves it and uses it every day, and it looks beautiful in our house. :)
Overall very happy with this cat tree. It’s sturdy and a great height for our cats to get up high to sit, view and have a nap. The cat scratching posts look great but also dont have bits and pieces coming off whenever the cats scratch. It’s also ascetically pleasing…….
Sturdy base, soft cushions, easy to put together. Such a great investment. It looks so nice in our lounge room compared to other cat towers. Highly recommended.
