Warranty Policy

Modern Pets offers free domestic shipping on orders over $99 to most metro cities and major regional centres across Australia. Please enter your suburb/ postcode above to check the shipping cost (if applicable) and estimated delivery date. We strive to process and ship all orders within 3-6 working days.

All our personalised items are delivered by Australia Post. The timing of your delivery will depend on the method you choose. For those who opt for Express post, you can expect your items to arrive the following day after shipping.

Estimated delivery times for Standard Shipping:

• Metro Melbourne: 4–7 business days
• Other cities and large towns in VIC: 5–8 business days
• Metro Sydney: 5–9 business days
• Other interstate locations: 6–16 business days

A signature will be required upon receipt of your delivery. If no one is home, parcels will be taken to your local Post Office.
