Modern Pets offers free domestic shipping on orders over $99 to most metro cities and major regional centres across Australia (excluding oversized items). Please enter your suburb/ postcode above to check the shipping cost (if applicable) and estimated delivery date. Orders are typically dispatched from our Melbourne distribution centre within 1–2 business days.
Most parcels are delivered by Australia Post, though we occasionally work with other couriers. The timing of your delivery will depend on the method you choose. For those who opt for Express post, you can expect your items to arrive the following day after shipping.
Estimated delivery times for Standard Shipping:
The default shipping method is Signature Required (SR), unless Authority to Leave (ATL) is selected at checkout. If no one is home with SR, parcels will be taken to your local Post Office. If ATL is selected, we are not responsible for replacement costs if the parcel goes missing.

The Nordic dog house looks amazing and I love being able to customize the interior size to suit my dog. Very easy to assemble.
Just a little disappointed that my order took as long as it did, apart from that I am happy with the product and beautiful Benson loves his new home to sleep and relax in throughout the day when I am at work.
