Warranty Policy

Modern Pets offers free domestic shipping on orders over $99 to most metro cities and major regional centres across Australia (excluding oversized items). Please enter your suburb/ postcode above to check the shipping cost (if applicable) and estimated delivery date. Orders are typically dispatched from our Melbourne distribution centre within 1–2 business days.

Most parcels are delivered by Australia Post, though we occasionally work with other couriers. The timing of your delivery will depend on the method you choose. For those who opt for Express post, you can expect your items to arrive the following day after shipping.

Estimated delivery times for Standard Shipping:

Metro Melbourne: 2–5 business days
Other cities and large towns in VIC: 3–6 business days
Metro Sydney: 3–7 business days
Other interstate locations: 4–14 business days

The default shipping method is Signature Required (SR), unless Authority to Leave (ATL) is selected at checkout. If no one is home with SR, parcels will be taken to your local Post Office. If ATL is selected, we are not responsible for replacement costs if the parcel goes missing.

Great puzzles and accurate description

My big dog loved these food puzzles. Can up the difficulty as requires and great service as well

My dogs loves it and it seems to be very good quality

Good quality puzzle but too easy for my boy

Good quality puzzle, gets a robust work out, but unfortunately I underestimated my cattle dog, thought I’d start him on an easy puzzle to slow down his eating, but he still finishes before everyone else!! Way too easy for him, no fault of the puzzle, but should have bought the most difficult one! Prompt delivery, will order again.

Terrific tornado!

I received the Nina Ottoson dog tornado expecting my GSP Ruby to demolish it in seconds as she guzzles her food and has been quite bored lately since I returned to work after quarantine. She needs to be kept occupied as she can be destructive otherwise. She has worked out how to get the treats out and it slows her down a lot. She loves to just play with it and keeps checking it in case she's missed anything. It's a great toy even for such a big dog and seems quite robust as she really gives it a workout.
