I like this pet carrier with small reservations. I bought it for my 6kg cat that loathes being put into small confined spaces. I would have liked a balancing carry handle at the front or on two sides when I need to lift it up into the car or over an obstruction as his weight unbalances it somewhat.
It has various entry points which is good in cats case, though everything is a battle anyway and would be regardless of the type of carrier I bought...
So really it is a very good carrier for pets.
Customer service was exceptional by phone, online and delivery ahead of schedule. Disappointed with the trolley wheels as they struggle to roll, otherwise the overall design of the trolley is excellent.
