Modern Pets offers free domestic shipping on orders over $99 to most metro cities and major regional centres across Australia (excluding oversized items). Orders are typically dispatched from our Melbourne distribution centre within 1–2 business days.
Most parcels are delivered by Australia Post, though we occasionally work with other couriers. The timing of your delivery will depend on the method you choose. For those who opt for Express post, you can expect your items to arrive the following day after shipping.

The default shipping method is Signature Required (SR), unless Authority to Leave (ATL) is selected at checkout. If no one is home with SR, parcels will be taken to your local Post Office. If ATL is selected, we are not responsible for replacement costs if the parcel goes missing.

I love this carrier bag! The design is great, and my cats fit well in them. They're lightweight and easy to carry, and the shoulder strap is very convenient. My cats are quite comfortable in them. I got the brown and beige ones for my cats. Ibiyaya products never disappoint!
My small, 3.5kg cat actually loves this carrier bag, which we jokingly refer to as her handbag. It’s very stylish. She often sits/sleeps in it just for fun.
On a practical level, the initial assembly of the bag was easy. Great-quality materials, and the bag is sturdy. It’s a really well thought out design overall. I will be selecting the next size up for my other cat, who’s about 4.5kg.
Good compact size, steady for my 9months cat is ok. However the material smells pretty strong chemical. It's been a month sitting in living room, still smelly.
Exceeded all my expectations. It was easy to set up and even though my cat hates carriers and is a real handful, was still able to get her in with minimum fuss. So practical to carry and with solid sidewalls she was less stressed during the wait at the vets.
I have loved this pet carrier bag so far, and so have my cats. They even use it as a sleeping spot.
The long strap is great for putting over your shoulder to carry the bag, and the walls of the carrier provide the right amount of privacy and shade so your cat feels safe in it.
It is very light and less bulky than a traditional plastic cat carrier. I love the zips around the top of it, they are so easy to use, and make it really easy to put your cat in it from there, unlike traditional plastic cat carriers that have the annoying gate function at the front.
I will be purchasing another one after testing this one out. No faults from me so far.
