Modern Pets offers free domestic shipping on orders over $99 to most metro cities and major regional centres across Australia (excluding oversized items). Orders are typically dispatched from our Melbourne distribution centre within 1–2 business days.
Most parcels are delivered by Australia Post, though we occasionally work with other couriers. The timing of your delivery will depend on the method you choose. For those who opt for Express post, you can expect your items to arrive the following day after shipping.
Estimated delivery times for Standard Shipping:
The default shipping method is Signature Required (SR), unless Authority to Leave (ATL) is selected at checkout. If no one is home with SR, parcels will be taken to your local Post Office. If ATL is selected, we are not responsible for replacement costs if the parcel goes missing.

My low energy, very food driven Cavalier King Charles loves this toy. He certainly uses a bit of energy getting the very small treats out that I put in. I use small dog kibble pieces. Highly recommend this toy.
Our 2 year old Havenese, Daisy, loves her new toy/feeder. It amuses her, engages her problem solving skills and slows down her eating speed. I also like that the level of difficulty or effort required to obtain reward can be adjusted. The unit is robust as it has already been dropped on concrete by children from a decent height & suffered no noticeable damage. Very happy with this purchase, as is Daisy.
I purchased two one in pink for my daughters pup and blue for my kitten. Sunny loves hers and it keeps her occupied when alone and she is happier pup having this to play with and get her dry food and treats. My kitten finds it a little hard to tip as it is on the larger size. Happy with my purchase as they are well made and will take some good solid play without issue.
