Modern Pets offers free domestic shipping on orders over $99 to most metro cities and major regional centres across Australia (excluding oversized items). Orders are typically dispatched from our Melbourne distribution centre within 1–2 business days.
Most parcels are delivered by Australia Post, though we occasionally work with other couriers. The timing of your delivery will depend on the method you choose. For those who opt for Express post, you can expect your items to arrive the following day after shipping.
Estimated delivery times for Standard Shipping:
The default shipping method is Signature Required (SR), unless Authority to Leave (ATL) is selected at checkout. If no one is home with SR, parcels will be taken to your local Post Office. If ATL is selected, we are not responsible for replacement costs if the parcel goes missing.

Our cats love this bed / scratcher! I bought a second one and I may need to buy a third... they just love chilling on it and also rolling around in it when it's playtime. It does get beaten up after a while from all the enthusiastic cat love 😂 but that's okay, it's to be expected and it is money well spent.
This scratcher is Scooby’s most favourite spot to sit. She loves rolling around in it.
I thinks it one of the worst things I have ever bought the cat sniffed it and thought WTF , they expect me to lay on that and scratch it, 🙀😼😸 their wrong!😺

Some customers have had success by placing familiar bedding or catnip on the product to encourage use. While it may not have been the right fit for your kitty, we appreciate you giving it a try!
