Modern Pets offers free domestic shipping on orders over $99 to most metro cities and major regional centres across Australia (excluding oversized items). Orders are typically dispatched from our Melbourne distribution centre within 1–2 business days.
Most parcels are delivered by Australia Post, though we occasionally work with other couriers. The timing of your delivery will depend on the method you choose. For those who opt for Express post, you can expect your items to arrive the following day after shipping.
Estimated delivery times for Standard Shipping:
The default shipping method is Signature Required (SR), unless Authority to Leave (ATL) is selected at checkout. If no one is home with SR, parcels will be taken to your local Post Office. If ATL is selected, we are not responsible for replacement costs if the parcel goes missing.

This is our second infinity scratcher, our first was over 3 years old and thrown out after a cat vomited on it. Due to the cost we had not replaced it but I have now spent more on inferior product the cats don’t use so I repurchased the infinity. Both cats love it, they took to it again immediately, they sleep on it and scratch on it. It’s great quality and it does in fact last. I’m considering buying another for a different room.
This is our second time ordering the infinity lounge scratcher as our ragdoll absolutely adores both lounging on it and ripping it up. Great product that is both durable and long lasting due to its ability to flip over and use the other side. Will continue to purchase it in the future!

I've been looking to replace a very old, worn out version of this scratcher for a long time - not something I've found in NZ. Was a little nervous with delivery from Aussi, but it arrived in perfect condition. So very happy, cats are delighted. Will be buying again. Thank you.
My cats love these cardboard scratchers ! This is their second set and lasted 3 years. They can be disposed of in the recycle bin which is great . They are so architectural!
