Modern Pets offers free domestic shipping on orders over $99 to most metro cities and major regional centres across Australia (excluding oversized items). Orders are typically dispatched from our Melbourne distribution centre within 1–2 business days.
Most parcels are delivered by Australia Post, though we occasionally work with other couriers. The timing of your delivery will depend on the method you choose. For those who opt for Express post, you can expect your items to arrive the following day after shipping.
Estimated delivery times for Standard Shipping:
The default shipping method is Signature Required (SR), unless Authority to Leave (ATL) is selected at checkout. If no one is home with SR, parcels will be taken to your local Post Office. If ATL is selected, we are not responsible for replacement costs if the parcel goes missing.

Such a gorgeous cat tower. Perfect in so many ways - tall enough to be exciting for the cats without being an eyesore or taking up an awkward amount of space. So many spots for them to sleep on - both of my cats absolutely love the baskets - and the hanging baubles keep them entertained for ages.
Only downside is that the scratching post material isn’t the best for scratching, but it’s an easy fix by wrapping some rope or scratchy material around.
My cat loves it
This is our cat's third tower and by far the prettiest one. It also appears to be rather solid and fairly sturdy. The kitten sleeps most of the day in it. I switches the levels around so that the two baskets are both off the ground and it doesn't seem to have affected the structure. It was also easy to put together - I barely needed the instructions.
Nice sized tree and aesthetically looks good in the house - not an eyesore like so many of them are! Easy to put together and fairly sturdy. Cat uses it to play on more than to scratch. Only things it drops points for is the platform below the top basket could be a little wider (the crescent moon shape on this smaller sized platform leaves not much space for cat to use); and the paper rope on the posts might be better as sisal rope for a better/more enticing scratching material.
