We accept returns of products within 30 days of the sale date for any reason.
Once an order is shipped out, it is the customer's responsibility to actively following up the shipment. If the shipment fails to arrive within the expected arrival date, customer should notify Modern Pet Products within 2 business days.
In case of a card been left to customer due to first delivery missed, it is the customer's responsibility to collect the parcel from local post offices or news agencies within the required time frame. Failure to do so may result in the parcel been sent back to Modern Pet, and the customer may be charged for re-delivery cost and back-to-sender cost.
If your product is damaged or not as described on our website, we will gladly exchange it for an alternative or issue a refund.
In cases of change of mind or wrong size has been selected, we will accept return or exchange as long as the item purchased is in its original packaging and condition. For Hunter products, if the green product tag is removed by customer, a refund or exchange will not be accepted. The return postage will need to be paid by the buyer. And the original delivery charge will be deducted from the refund amount. Therefore, we highly recommend customers to measure the neck size of your dog or cat before purchasing any collar.
