Modern Pets offers free domestic shipping on orders over $99 to most metro cities and major regional centres across Australia (excluding oversized items). Orders are typically dispatched from our Melbourne distribution centre within 1–2 business days.
Most parcels are delivered by Australia Post, though we occasionally work with other couriers. The timing of your delivery will depend on the method you choose. For those who opt for Express post, you can expect your items to arrive the following day after shipping.
Estimated delivery times for Standard Shipping:
The default shipping method is Signature Required (SR), unless Authority to Leave (ATL) is selected at checkout. If no one is home with SR, parcels will be taken to your local Post Office. If ATL is selected, we are not responsible for replacement costs if the parcel goes missing.

It's been a couple of months since we purchased the mattress and Perry loves it. Perfect size for a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and it caters for all his sleeping positions. I highly recommend this bed
My 7kg senior dog absolutely loves this mattress. It’s extra large and great for sprawling out. Does not sink so it lives up to its description and has a handy handle. Recommend this product and price is very good. Thanks Modern Pet!
We bought one for our medium Groodle and she loves it! She was never interested in her previous beds but this one she will lay on all day! We ended up buying a second one to put upstairs and use when we go away. They’re so light but can handle the weight of a person! Would highly recommend this :)

I bought this for my 14 year old dog who had a habit of laying on the tiles under my desk until she was stiff and couldn't move and she seems to like it. It's solid enough that her weight doesn't squish the insides down so she can still fee the tiles through it (like other mattresses did) and it gives her old bones the support and comfort they need. Its not as spongey as I thought it would be, I thought it'd have a bit more give but its pretty stiff which again she seems to like. It's a bit larger than I had hoped - but that's on me. Plenty of room for her. The material is also really nice and soft. So I would recommend if you are looking for something soft yet support for your senior dog.
