Shopping experience and customer service was fantastic. The stroller was easy to put together, and is easy to manoeuvre with one hand.
I like the stroller, for three wheels it's very sturdy (much more than the two previous Vivo strollers I've owned). It's very light weight and and the fabric appearsto be of good quality, it's also a little wider than my past strollers so could fit all three of my little pugs if i had to. I love that it has two safety straps in the cabin, and it's easy to collapse one handed.
The downside is that the cabin is attached with Velcro to the frame and I'm finding that the Velcro is continually coming unstuck on one side.
Other strollers in this price bracket also have a no zip closure feature which would take this pram to the next level. It does rattle a little more than prams with rubber tires, but it's a trade off as my last (pet gear) pram was unbelievably heavy.
All in all I'm happy with it so far.
