All in all I know I would LOVE this product, but if you have a younger cat like mine who loves a chew and a scratch I do find the rubber inside quite faulty. Within a week my cat had chewed a bit of the rubber entrance, so it no longer stays on so when it cycles the whole rubber falls down and it doesn’t cycle. Even parts she hasn’t chewed on the inside fall down during a cycle and stops the cycle. The replacement part is $60 and if she did that within a week, this is going to long term be an expensive product constantly replacing that part. If this wasn’t an issue, I know I would 1000% LOVE this product as before the issue I was in awe.
